About this mod
This mod adds a small player home in Balmora. It's located on the plaza by the South Gate, a short walking distance from most services.

This is a small, lore-friendly player home suitable for starting adventurers or others who like to live modest yet central, close to fast travel options and shops.
The house is located right by the South Gate, on the plaza, with short walking distance to the trader, armorer, pawnshop, the mages guild and the fighters guild.
The previous owner left a few items of necessity, and maybe a small welcome gift or two.
There's about half a dozen storage containers indoors, and the same amount outside, by the wall and on the roof terrace.
All containers should be safe, including all the crates and barrels added outside.
The mod is not dependant on any DLC.
The mod is cleaned with tes3cmd.
Where is the key?
Upon first arrival the door is locked, but the key is nearby.
