The higher your speed, the faster you cast spells.
Vanilla casting time = 2 seconds.
At maximum speed (100 by default), you reduce your casting time by 50% (up to 1 second)
You can configure the minimum speed attribute, from which you will begin to receive a bonus to casting speed, and the maximum speed attribute, upon reaching which the casting time will drop to 50%
NPCs and bipedal creatures will also receive a casting boost. You can adjust the minimum level from which they will receive acceleration.
