This mod carries the unused skillups (that counts for the attribute multipliers when levelling) avoind waste.

This mod stores each skillup from the moment you firstly level one skill with the mod loaded and, when you level up your character it sets the adequate multiplier and calculates how many skill levelups where used.
The idea is to not need to micromanage everything while keep Vanilla balance. The only thing arguably against vanilla is that you character losing points while leveling would lead to a more diverse playthroug.
In my opinion, vanilla game make leveling look like aging when it discards the skill ups past 10 and those note used when leveling. But this mod will carry those skillups to be counted in next levels.
Vanilla also allows you to waste skillups with the ranges (1x = 1~4 skillups, 2x = 5~7skillups, etc.) which is also addressed by this mod:
I'm not sure about how Morrowind deals with the skills you level up after reaching the 10 major/minor needed for levelling up, BUT, with this mod they will be counted so it will be possible to hold ultil you get enough points in the attributes you want before sleeping to levelup!
UPDATE: NOW YOU INSTALL ONLY ONE FILE AND SELECT THE MODE IN MCM MENU

- Minimal Mode only uses the minimal amount of skillups each level (1, 5, 8 and 10).
- Alternative Mode only allow you to get the multipliers with 4, 6, 8 and 10 skillups respectively (roughly 2 skillups per multiplier).
- Vanilla Mode keep the multipliers range.

KNOWN ISSUES
- Changing the mode when the levelup menu is already open will lead to wrong skillup values after leveling.
