Adds a cozy houseboat on the Bitter Coast near Aleft. - furnished and super cozy - kitchen (firepit and oven) - living area - alchemy corner - sleeping quarters - private quarters - display shelves - small docks outside - working rowboat - compatible with Ashfall and Realistic Repair - compatible with Morrowind Swamp trees - compatible with Cloud Storage (required)
Comparison with the original - not in Seyda Neen - no landscape edits - way less loot - added display areas - less clutter and light for better fps

I recommend Glow in the Dahrk so that the interior is dynamically lit by daylight
