What can be randomized
  • Creature spawns
  • NPC/creature/container inventories
  • Item attributes and models
  • NPC head and hair models
  • Merchant stocks and barter gold
  • Health, magicka, fatigue points
  • NPC/creature spells & attributes
  • Transport destinations
  • Door destinations
  • Herbs and some rocks and trees static objects in exterior cells
  • Weather
  • Lights
  • Landscape textures
  • And more

You can configure almost every part of the randomizer!
The mod fully supports Tamriel Rebuilt Data v10. And I recommend to play with it for more variety.
The mod supports a preset system - you can save and load mod settings from a preset file. The directory where presets are stored is "/Data Files/MWSE/mods/Morrowind_World_Randomizer/Presets/"

Requirements
  • Latest version of MGE XE with Morrowind Script Extender version >3100

The version for OpenMW is here.

Installation
  • Download and unpack to the Data Files folder.
  • Activate "Morrowind World Randomizer.esp" under "Data Files" in the Morrowind launcher
  • Start a new game and enable the randomizer via the pop-up menu that appears at the end of the ship section. Or turn it on in the Mod Config menu at any time.

Warning!
  • Some randomization data may persist between game sessions. It is recommended to restart the game if you plan to play another character.
  • Most of all mod settings are stored in the game save files. Therefore, it is worth saving the game after any changes to the settings.
  • Randomization of static objects (such as trees and rocks) doesn't work properly with Distant Statics (part of Distant Land). You can disable either Distant Statics or randomization of static objects. Or use both with visual bugs.

Known issues
  • In version 1.0 randomization can turn on by itself - fixed in 1.0a

Troubleshooting
  • If the mod doesn't work, try updating Morrowind Script Extender by running "MWSE-Update.exe" from the game folder.
