Vassamsi Island - Part of May Modathon 2023

This mod adds a new dungeon to the island that Vassamsi Grotto is located on, which connects to both it and the Ancestral tomb nearby. As such, this mod also improves both the two dungeons in question.
The landscape of the island has also been upgraded and detailed so that it's no longer just an empty rock with next to nothing on it. A Telvanni style entrance to the mine has been added, as well as a ruined exterior structure commonly found outside Kogoruhn.
WARNING: This mod contains spiders. If you have arachnophobia then you probably shouldn't play this.

:: COMPATABILITY ::
-If you have my other mod "Marbled Zafibrel Bay" installed. Then you do not need to download this mod as it is included. I am leaving this mod up in case others want just the island, whether for preference or incase MZB conflicts with another mod, but you still want the island.

-Mines and Caverns is slightly incompatible. However, a fix is possible. Credit to GlitterGear for the solution.
Install Tesame (You can find it on the Nexus)
Run Tesame
Open the plugin for mines and caverns.
Look for the Cell, Vassamsi Grotto. You can sort edits by type.
Right click the cell. It will turn black.
Press delete on your keyboard.
Save over the plugin and exit.
