On levelup, simply carry over unused attributes. If you pick an attribute when leveling up, all skill levelups for that attributes are lost.
Features: Does what it says, nothing else.
E.g. - Before leveling up you have Strength: 10 level ups, Int 2 level ups. - At level up you pick Strength, Endurance and Luck. - After leveling you now have 2 Int levelups left, and no strength levelups
Requirements - MWSE (not OpenMW compatible)
Installation - Extract to your Data File directory. - Can just be installed or uninstalled mid-game
