Changelogs
Version 1.0.1
Updated all meshes. Fixed incorrect ground meshes.
Version 1.0.0
Initial Release.
Armored Tails adds pieces of armor that cover argonian tails. Each piece has the same stats as the boots of it's respective set (ex. Iron Boots have a rating of 10, and so the rating of the Iron Tail is 10). The armors are made from vanilla pauldron assets and so should use any armor texture replacer you use.
Since argonians are often discriminated against in Vvardenfell I wanted the armor to not be too common as well as keep in line the rarity of daedric and glass armors. Every piece has a specific place it can be found/bought and some are included in level lists. In the read me is a list of where to find each piece if you'd like to find them immediately.
Since I can't account for every armor/clothing combination there will likely be clipping depending on what your character wears, but the armors were designed with Improved Argonians in mind and work well with both it and vanilla bodies. As for other argonian body replacers I cannot say. While this can be used as a sort of replacer for boots I also recommend Argonian Full Helms Lore Integrated and Modders Resource v 1.1 and Beast Boots MWSE if you'd like to fully deck out your argonian.
- Please note that this is my first mod in which I have made my own models and I likely have a lot to learn. If you have any issues or suggestions to further improve this mod please let me know. Also, please do not ask about OpenMW. As far as I know it is currently still incompatible with most of MWSE and I do not use it, so I will not add support for it. -
