I saw the mod that does this in OpenMW, and wanted a MWSE version, so I made one.
All it does is Auto Size the Health/Magicka/Fatigue Bars based on their Base Values.
Just about everything Ive done is customizable, but let me know if you want to adjust something else and I'll look into it.
Installation: Extract Zip into \Morrowind\Data Files\ or Just use MO2
Folder should look like \Morrowind\Data Files\MWSE\mods\BeefStranger\Dynamic Bars
