Initial release
Unarmed Attack Speed increases linearly with Hand-to-Hand to a configurable cap, with Speed optionally adding to it.
By default Hand-to-Hand 100 will make Attack Speed 1.50 (50% faster). Speed 100 Adds another 0.25 (1.75 Total)
Both values are configurable, and both increase linearly until they hit 100.
