This mod adds another category in the encyclopedia for items. To access you can right click an item in inventory, use the search box or press the Item tab in the encyclopedia.
The item page shows: Items tooltip Materials yielded when smelted Weapon parts used Units/Heroes using it Towns with workshop/villages that produce it. Prices for buying/selling to towns/villages.
Production of weapons and armour will show up for towns that should be able to produce them. It does not mean the town will definitely craft these items. The Town/Village prices should be accurate for the players party, taking into account trade skill/perks. For towns you can see the current item count in its inventory. This value may differ from what you can actually buy.
Unfortunately I cannot account for modifiers. If an item has a modifier the base item will be shown on the page. This means a town may have the item but with modifiers which affects stats. If the town only has 1 of the item the price it sells for should be accurate, if there is more than 1 of the item with different modifiers, as an example a "Light lance" and a "Rusty Light lance", the price it sells for will only be accurate for one of the items. The quantity of items in town should still be accurate regardless of modifiers.
Almost all text in the mod is pulled from other parts of the game. This means it should translate to the selected language automatically. This may lead to weird translations as I don't always know the context the text is used in and can't understand the other supported languages to verify accuracy.
This mod should be save compatible and safe to add/remove at any time. This mod should work with custom/modded troops and items.
