THIS BUGFIX IS (MOSTLY) REDUNDANT WITH THE RELEASE OF THE 1.2 PATCH. Adds non-hollowpoint .45-70 Ammo to vendor lists it was missing from (but clearly needed to be on).

PATCH UPDATE: The 1.2 Patch renders this bugfix MOSTLY redundant, as it adds the ammo to the list it was completely missing from (VendorAmmoBullets100). It does NOT increase its frequency on the VendorAmmoGunsTier5 list, so apparently Bethesda wants the ammunition to be a bit rare still. ------
Plain .45-70 ammunition is very scarce within the Mojave Wasteland, to the point where it actively discourages using the few guns chambered for that caliber. Plus, it's really damn annoying when you can find enough .45-70 Hollow Point rounds to swim in, but not a single normal round.
As it turns out this is not intentional; plain .45-70 rounds are not present on at least one vendor ammo list which they clearly should be, and underrepresented on another. This mod fixes both issues.
For the coders, this mod alters the following Leveled Item Lists: VendorAmmoGunsTier5 (increases .45-70 frequency to 2/11) VendorAmmoBullets100 (adds .45-70)
