Description:

Adds a Follower in the Old Mormon Fort in Freeside. You can trade her skill books for other skill books.
For example, if your Guns skill, is 100 but your have 3 copies of "Guns and Bullets", you can trade those 3 copies for 3 copies of "The Wasteland Survival Guide" or another skill book.
The same goes for skill magazines. Got 20 copies of "Programmers Digest"? Trade them in for any other magazine.
The actual "Trading" takes place through a crafting menu (like the Sierra Madre Vending Machines)
Each Skill Book can be traded in for one Book Voucher which can be used to "Purchase" a different skill book.
Each Skill Magazine can be traded in for one Magazine Voucher which can be used to "Purchase a different magazine.
The Follower is a ghoul named "Juliana" who lost her vocal chords long ago..therefore taking upon a fond interest in literature. If she dies you can no longer trade books or magazines.

Game Balance/Lore/Immersion:

The selling point of my mod is to stop the player from "Micro-managing" their skill points with skill books.
This improves your immersion since you no longer have to worry about putting too much points into a certain skill.

Installation: Copy the "LiteratureExchange.esp" to the FONV "Data" Folder, and activate it in FONV Launcher or FOMM

Uninstall: Uncheck "LiteratureExchange.esp" and delete "LiteratureExchange.esp"

Compatibility: Should be compatible with all mods, even ones that modify skills books. Works great with the Skill books added by AWOP.
