1) Power Armor was not very "powerful", to think that power armor was the epitome of technological advancement before and after the great war and all it provided was a DT of. . . 25 and 30? Not anymore, no longer will power armor be on the level of medium armor!!!
2) Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition, Newest Version, the urge to have more powerful armor. That's it.
3) All power armor has had it's DT doubled, and their durability sizably increased, most effects provided by the armor have been doubled, a carry weight increase from 20-35 has been provided, and a buff to perception and critical chance when wearing the helmets. The only info changed are those dt and object effect modifiers; in theory, the mod is compatible with any and all retexture and remesh / visor and overlay / Sound mods as long as they don't touch any of the immediate values mentioned in the geck. That being Said, the possibility exists that one file may overwrite the other, should another mod author of left "unchanged / null / dirty edits" within their mod, or you don't run a well maintained bash patch; simple solution is to place this appropriately within your load order, letting all that does not affect armor stat changes to overwrite this mod to ensure you receive your sound / remesh / reskin changes. Wrye bash will bash together the edits and changes appropriately most often times; may require manual selective overwrite in Fallout New Vegas Edit

5) Compatibility - in theory, this mod is compatible with any and all PA retexture and remesh / PA visor and overlay / PA Sound mods That being Said, the possibility exists that one file may overwrite the other, should another mod author of left "unchanged / null / dirty edits" within their mod; simple solution is to place this appropriately within your load order, letting all that does not affect your armor stats overwrite this mod to ensure you receive your sound / remesh / reskin changes. EDIT*** For those that believe that this mod is game breaking I understand. A DT of 70 is Monstrous, But you might consider playing the game on the very hard difficulty or downloading a couple of other mods that add new monsters and quests. Mods like:

- When Worlds Collide by Ironman5000
I highly recommend all these mods, they have in depth quests and more enemies than you could ask for. If you wish to see versions of my mod with lower DT's though, let know and i will add a new file for download.
