Adds welcome text to all (that I could find) terminals in New Vegas and its add-ons.

Small bug fix mod that also does some continuity fixes as well. Adds welcome text to all terminals (at least I hope all terminals) that didn't have it in the first place, as any terminal that doesn't have welcome text causes a weird clipping bug to happen with the text indicator after you read 1 entry and then another (see the photo above to get what I'm talking about), as well as fixing some continuity errors with some welcome text in other terminals.

Drag the esp from the rar to the data folder and tick it with whatever you use. Should work fine.
