This is primarily an example of an added TARDIS console theme in Fallout Who Vegas but it is technically functional as a desktop if anyone wants to use it.
Since I'm pretty bad at explaining anything ever in great detail, I've delayed the tutorial that was meant to go with this. Instead, I'll leave it up to any modders who want to look at this early and pull it apart to learn. See the readme for more information.
