Hobo Breach is an overly excited hobo. He's inspired by AlChestBreach's montage video. You can find him inside the dumpster to the left when entering Freeside's East Gate. He's essential, but incredibly week. Wielding a rolling pin, his primary purpose is meat-shield. There aren't many commands or much dialogue (you can hire and fire him), but he's fully voiced for what there is. The voices come from the aforementioned montage, so he does use Al's voice.
