Adds in a player craftable unique version of the Brush Gun, called Metacomet.
Metacomet has a modified mesh, replacing the furniture with the set from the Trail Carbine, the receiver with the nickle one from Medicine Stick, and a unique set
of iron sights Nifskoped from the Assault Rifle in Fallout 3, that's set on rails from the Marksman Carbine.

Requires perk Advanced Gunsmithing
Material requirements are the same as building a Brush Gun
in their mod.
Weapon is required to be in inventory to show recipes in workbench.
