This mod adds businesses and NPCs to Freeside near the Old Mormon Fort, including Mindy's restaurant, a clothier, and potential player homes in the Commerce Hotel or the Mission. Fast travel to Freeside's east and north gates is enabled at the start of the game. I've also added a new "Broadway" fast travel marker inside Freeside; you can develop your character in Freeside, and return to the main quest at your convenience. New outfits are available, and can be upgraded or repaired at the clothier's shop. (You'll find more complete information in the Readme file.)
