Improve some aspects of the Vikki & Vance casino so it actually looks like a casino while staying true to the vanilla aesthetic. More details in the description.

Fixed issues with returning Vance's gun by talking to Primm Slim (the fix may not work on existing saves if you have already convinced Pauline and Sammy, but you can still return the gun by interacting with the display).
You can now return Vance's gun without checking the display case first, you just talk to Primm Slim and tell him the gun was stolen (or interact with the display which was already possible, I just added the dialogue option).
Sammy and Pauline will give you their hats (which can be displayed like Vance's gun) if you convince them to give back Vance's gun.
When returning Vance's gun by talking to Primm Slim, the hats will be returned at the same time if you have them in your inventory.

Added the new card texture from version 1.2 to the blackjack mini-game (I forgot about it and only added the texture to the dealer animation in 1.2). NOTE: This is a just a blue version of the common deck. I might redo the deck completely (with Vikki and Vance portraying the King and Queen for exemple) and add an optional file to make them available for Caravan.

Renamed all the plugins. (On the previous version of the FPGE Patch, I encountered an issue where having "&" in the plugin name would prevent it to work properly. All the other plugins were working fine but I prefer rename them all for consistency and to be safe).
Added Editor ID to some stuff, in case I ever need to use them in a script or something.
Renamed the personel and changed their outfits to be dressed like the infamous duo, Vikki and Vance.
Improved Navmeshes. NPCs won't walk through the pool table and stools.

The two Roulette Dealers kept looking at each other instead of doing their job so I moved one closer to the bar.

DESCRIPION: For those who don't know, the Vikki & Vance casino can turn into an actual casino. For this to happen you need to complete the My Kind of Townquest, then after three days spent in another location come back to the Vikki & Vance casino (go inside) and you will get the unmarked quest A Team of Moronic Mercenaries. Once the quest done, wait another three days in another location and when you come back the Vikki & Vance casino will be open for gambling.
The problem, and the reason this mod exist. The place looks bad and unworthy of a casino (even one that just opened). Now, let's go into details about what the mod do:
BEFORE (the opening of the casino): - Remade the lighting. - Added/Moved some stuff like furnitures for consistency with the AFTER part. Most notable changes are at the bar. - Added a Vikki & Vance sign above the entrance. - Changed the ownership of the vending machines to the player. Looting them won't be considered stealing. - Changed the Primm Residents behavior so they don't eat, meaning they won't pick up any food in the place. Just in case.
AFTER (the opening of the casino): - Turned on all the lights that were off. I didn't add any new light source. - Removed all the trash (papers, debris, stains, cigarettes, glasses, etc...). Some loot will be gone so make sure you get it during the BEFORE part. - Added chairs and stools. I chose not to add new stools in front of the slot machines for a better navigation (NPC and player). - Stuffed the bar with drinks and glasses. - Removed the rubbles in the back room and added a pool table. - Added a bartender, fully voiced. - Added three gamblers, fully voiced. - Added six travelers, fully voiced. - Change the dealers behavior so they actually play the blackjack/roulette animations. - Removed the dead courier and blood outside the casino. YUP already took care of that except for two blood stains, I still removed them all in case some people don't use YUP (who knows).
NEW FEATURES: - You can now return Vance's gun as well as Vikki and Vance's hats to be displayed in front of the car (see picture). To return the gun you can either talk to Primm Slim or activate the display. For the hats return them directly to their displays. As a reward you will receive 100 Vikki and Vance casino chips and 100 XP (each, wich means 300 chips and XP in total).
FEEDBACK: Feedbacks and suggestions are recommended. Just a note before you say anything, my goal is to stay true to the vanilla aesthetic, I don't want to go over-the-top with new features like run your own casino or a new room with a swimming pool, please keep that in mind.
