Just a simple "stewie" settings that I thought I'd share...

Let's be honest here - I want a kickass GPU and I don't really know how to actually make a real mod!
This is my .ini setup for my TTW playthroughs and includes (but is not limited to):
1) warning that items you are to pick up will overburden you - the item(s) weight appear in red
2) "take all" button for inventory management of your follower(s)/companion(s)
3) "quick start" option - speeds up starting/loading your game at beginning of session
4) night vision scope on/off option (pipboy button/key when aiming through scope - this is customizable)
5) movement speed scaled to Agility (it is a minor difference, but...)
6) make vendors obey their buy/sell flags - basically makes it so you can't dump weapons in a bar or restaurant for example
7) hotkey to immediately exit killcam (presently the same key/button that opens & closes pipboy) - this will (in my experience) also stop any unfinished actions not yet completed
8) disable loading screen tips and 1st time tutorials (for lockpick, hacking etc.)
9) ability to de-select a quest and therefore not show a quest marker
10) faster return from successful hack, and faster rest/sleep countdown
11) quest item hider (no mod needed!)
12) autosave settings - 5 slots, save every 3 minutes (yep, I'm that big of a wimp) and save on discovering new map marker site. Hotkey for full save of f6. (Sorry to the one person who DL'ed this)
13) eliminate speech distortion from masks or helmets
14) removes delay between hacking attempts, after exiting to try again
15) holding shift key allows you to pick lock that you have key for (XP baby!)
16) remember bobby pin health between pick attempts
17) allow merchant repair of clothing with no DT/DR
18) allow use of alternate animations, and removal of weapon mods
19) stop firing current burst if target is dead
20) "Quest Failed" messages only appear if quest has been started or assigned to you.
{Added 10/1/21 as an afterthought}
21) Adds "alt" (maybe only L-Alt) + repair button key in the pipboy that will show you what weapons/armor/clothing will repair a given piece of equipment. This is very handy for mod-added weapons (yep works on them too! or at least mod-added armor) or things you just haven't gotten around to checking on Fallout wiki. I know now, for example, nothing will repair a "Kid's Party Hat", and only a Hunting Rifle will repair Lincoln's Repeater (excepting repair kits, natch). Might be one of the coolest things in the stewietweaks (added in last update if I'm not mistaken) and would make it worthwhile all by itself (imho)! And if you are saying "I use a controller and it has no Alt button", stewie has that covered too - there is an enabled option in my file that allows you to use your keyboard while a controller (not the mouse, but an Xbox type controller) is connected and in use. Again, a tweak that would, by itself, make 'lStewieAl's Tweaks' a near necessity.
I think the above settings are ones that I changed based on my taste. There are others that were changed by the original lStewieAl's Tweaks file that I don't list. And as I mentioned above, this list is not comprehensive (probably!?!?!), but almost all changes are small quality of life things that make FNV run smoother, or modern/logical things added to this beautiful old lady we call Fallout New Vegas. Little or nothing big was changed, as that is to my taste.
Enjoy, and take your time to experiment with your own settings - if you don't use it yet, you'll likely find that you can eliminate mods with stewie's .ini files - saving you plugins, which is always a good thing (even with the FNV Mod Limit Fix). So, enjoy and don't be afraid to experiment with settings to customize your FNV experience for maximum enjoyment!
