About this mod
Adds a sawed-off version of the laser RCW with more spread, but lower strength and skill requirements, as well as an increase in firerate.

OVERVIEW
This is my third entry in a series of new energy weapons, although it might not technically count as "new".
I really, really wanted to make this one-handed, but long story short, I spent a whole lot of time for a janky system that only half-worked, so I made a compromise. Two versions of this mod exist:
Default: 2-handed like the RCW, normal reload.
Alt: 1-handed, reloads the entire cylinder like an SMG.
FEATURES
Laser RCW Sawed-Off: Bumped the firerate from 9 to 10 shots/s, decreased durability to 320 instead of 400, reduced strength and skill requirements to 1 and 25 respectively. Increased spread from 0.5 to 0.9, but with the lower skill requirements, this should balance out in the early game. Can be modded with the Laser Recycler like its vanilla counterpart.
Craftable with a Conversion kit you can find for sale in various places and 20 Repair.
Custom mesh and icon for the weapon.
The weapon can be found around the wasteland sold by various merchants, and will occasionally be carried by Brotherhood Scribes and Fiends. It counts as an improved holdout weapon.
Hitman RCW Animation compatibility. Requires Hitman's mod itself and kNVSE in that case.

ISSUES
If you craft this weapon with a Laser RCW that has mods on it, you won't get the mods back. Take the mods off the weapon or find an unmodded one if you need to.
INSTALL/UNINSTALL
To do it manually, add LaserRCWSawedOff.esp or LaserRCWSawedOffAlt.esp into the Data folder, the SawedOffLaserRCW folder and its contents in the Data\meshes\weapons\1handpistol folder and weapons_laser_rcw_sawed_off.dds into the Data\textures\interface\icons\pipboyimages\weapons folder. Remove the files to uninstall.
For the Hitman animations, put Hit_LaserRCW_SawedOff.json in the Data\meshes\AnimGroupOverride folder. Require
Alternatively, you can use a mod manager.
