Uploaded both to have a safe save of my preferred FNV tweaks, and to share with this great modding community.
The best way to desribe this is to probably tell you to manually download it and see the changes I've made...  Mainly quality of life things - some to improve functionality, and others to fit into my preferred set-up making it more realistic and/or more like features in other games.

Includes such things as "alpha fade" for nearest undiscovered location on your compass.  Red warnings in your HUD for low health and AP, and for picking up items that will over-encumber you.  Improved scope implementation.  Ability to remove weapon mods.  Hold breath while using scoped weapons (using AP).  New save and load save hotkeys (f9 loads current save, f10 creates save and f11 creates incremental save).  Exit VATS camera replay or Death cam ("Q" while it is playing).  End player Death Cam and immediately load current save (L-Alt).  Disable/enable night vision scope while aiming weapons so equipped (Ratslayer for example) and utilize a "normal" scope instead ("Q" while aiming through it).  Makes vendors obeys their flags (i.e. they will only buy certain items - for example Trudy at the Goodsprings saloon will only buy food and drinks, and ammo for whatever reason).  Drain AP before drowning (I don't have the fantastic breath meter al'a FO3 and this allows you to realize you are out of breath before dying, giving you a chance to surface and cath your breath).  And several more.

This is set up for FNV (as opposed to my earlier TTW) modded with ~75 to 80 mods, the most important gameplay one being JSawyer Ultimate Edition as that makes several major statistical adjustments. 

Again, the best way to see all the tweaks is to DL it manually, unzip it and read.  If anyone finds this useful, GREAT!
