This mod add Health Pipes from Postal 2 into Fallout: New Vegas!
Health Pipes are extremely rare objects in the Mojave Wasteland, but also extremely dangerous chems that create an undesirable dependancy in the consumer, even after the very first use! But the effect is overwhelming: the consumer's health is fully restored and doubled for five minutes!
Withdrawal symptoms are extreme: the consumer's hit points capital returns to normal, but health is damaged up to 75%! The consumer will also feel uneasy for a very long day.
Health Pipe recipe is known only to the most seasoned scientists, and gathering all the ingredients needed to make it can be a real challenge!
