Functions
This compilation contains a single merged plugin for the weapon sound effects, and it is mainly a loose assets replacer for audio (e.g. the game data files of Textures, Meshes, Sounds, etc..) packaged with an assortment of custom gamesettings tweaks adhering to the classics, powered by the well-known Stewie's Tweaks, which is yet another essential mod many modern modding guides permanently recommends.
Audio-based replacement for shooting, reloading, holstering and unholstering sound effects from vanilla to the ones from Fallout 2 and Tactics, affecting many notable individual firearms. This mostly includes energy weapons, however audio replacement for a few ballistic weapons are within as well.
Audio-based replacement for the walking sound effect of Power Armors from vanilla to the ones in Fallout Tactics.
Audio-based replacement for the sound effect of the player's level-up cue, and for the XP gained sound from the unexciting vanilla variants to the classics, normalized to match the volume with the rest of the game's sound effects, so it will not be overly high or low.
Audio-based replacement for the player's death scene, mixing Fallout 3's death music with one of Ron Pearlman's iconic voice-lines: "Your life ends in the wasteland." played when the player dies within the original Fallouts. The duration of this voiceline should fit right in users of the custom Stewie's Tweaks INI file by Qolore7, the author of the highly curated Viva New Vegas Modding Guide, where the death scene is shortened to play for only 3 seconds.
Lastly, a text-based replacement for various in-game notifications, one of many for example, on the top-left corner of your screen, which displays any critical strikes you have scored on whom, changing from the vanilla text string to: "You hit right where it hurts! Critical Strike on [NPC]". This comes in the assortment of multiple custom gamesettings tweaks, and you can modify it as much as you like to suit your preferences. One of the custom gamesettings modify Karma obtainment values when killing an NPC of a specific karmic alignment, so comment it out if you'd like to, or just leave it there to get overwritten by other karma-related mods that comes in the form of hard edits or scripts which overwrites engine-level tweaks.

Credits
Nine99 - Original author, now banned on Nexus, for the classic player equipment-related sounds and SFX of his mod Classic Weapon Sounds, to which I have merged his plugins for the game's DLCs into the main plugin and cleaned of anything unnecessary. Some weapon edits remain, in order to precisely match the timing of the replaced firing sounds. The appropriate WMIM plugin fixes and changes have also been forwarded as well.
SeerixTyphon - now inactive from Nexus, he was the original author for his mod, Classic Level Up Sounds for Fallout New Vegas. Without him, we could have never knew this mod could be possible.
SkebMick - Inactive and original author for his mod Classic XP Sound, in which I have selected my sound of choice from his optional file: Classic XP Sound - Enhanced Version, which comes with an added ambient echo to make it sound better.
Crygreg - Active and original author for his respective mods Classic Death Sound Overhaul and Classic Fallout notifications (and more), in which I have selected V1's voiceline, "Your life ends in the wasteland" from his optional file: Classic Fallout Death Overhaul (Quieter version) to better fit within the timeframe and volume of the ambient music during the death scene. For Classic Fallout notifications, I have removed its other additional and (I believe unnecessary) gamesettings tweaks which are all in the form of INI files, while pertaining the ones for classic Fallout's text-string changes with some minor tweaks and changes to ensure grammatical and gameplay consistency.
