- You have to edit ini files in Documents\My Games\FalloutNV or through MO's built-in ini editor.
Set bLoadFacegenHeadEGTFiles=0 to 1 (if you can't find this line just add it)
Otherwise, the companions won't look same as the screenshots.
-> bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1
- The companions' hats are removed by default. If you want them back, use console command or FNVEdit.
