Adds a unique rolling pin to the game named High Roller. It can be found in the kitchen of the Ultra Luxe. It has been given the ability to crit, though not very often, and has a massive damage payout, but without luck on your side it's just as effective as any old rolling pin. There are two versions, one for use with WMX, and the other without. I'm not too familiar with weapon balancing, so feedback as to whether the weapon is too under/overpowered is appreciated.
