About this mod

A complete animation overhaul for the H&K MP7 mod. Also comes with expanded functionality for the mod itself, along with various tweaks and fixes.

Sorry guys, I know this ain't the SCAR-H Redux you wanted. But I think this one will be a nice little treat for you all.

Requirements:
x01x010's original HK MP7 Mod (let my mod overwrite the original one)

Stewie's Tweaks (turn on partial reloads in the INI file)
B42 Inspect and Ammo Check

Optional:
Empty Clicks - Improved Dry Fire (turn on the animation in 1st person to see the dry fire)
Sound Extender (needed if you want the different exterior/interior sounds)


The goal of this edit/overhaul was to: 

1. Make an SMG-class weapon fun to use, since ARs are everywhere and have been reanimated 20x times over.

2. Improve the original MP7 mod from a usability standpoint, and bring the firerate and damage capabilities more in line with the real thing.

3. To have fun making a mod again, that's what it's all about, right?

So, to quickly go over the main changes:

  • Completely re-animated from the ground-up, with support for partial reloads (Stewie's Tweaks are REQUIRED, and really you should have this installed anyway), B42 Inspect and Ammo Check , a jam animation (use Jamming Fix and Optional Tweaks if you want to see them in the middle of firing instead of just when you reload) and a dry fire animation if you have Empty Clicks - Improved Dry Fire installed (not required).
  • Improved the utility of the 4.6x28mm round, it does less damage but can penetrate armor quite well.
  • Changed the fire rate to match it's IRL counterpart, about 900 RPM.
  • Added interior/exterior fire sfx support for Stewie's Sound Extender mod (see showcase video)
  • Fixed crashes that occurred when equipping certain variants.
  • Made it so the incendiary rounds can now be used by all variants instead of just the unique. 


Notes:

- Locomotion is not included, so this weapon will use whatever your default is that you have installed. I personally use Asurah's animations as a base, but Hitman's Locomotion pack, Frozen's Locomotion Pack, or a combination of the two are also great choices.

- For any attachment combos of the folded grip and one of the suppressors, the ammo check and condition check will not play the proper anim until Xilandro can update B42 Inspect, and when he does, I will also update this mod to support it.

- The new changes are contained in their own esp, so as to not replace the esp from the original mod. It is REQUIRED. The original mod is also REQUIRED.

My animations are ALWAYS modder's resource. That means you may use the files in your mods without having to ask me, though it's always nice if you do. If you want to use files other than the animations, please contact the respective owners of those files to get permission from them.
