Based on my own Lively 13th Floor, this Ultimate version changes the 13th floor to something you didn't expect and brings a lot of life to the Tops' 13th floor.
- Floor, walls and ceiling of the corridor are using the design of the casino
- Cluttering empty spaces in logical way
- The floor layout is more logical, regarding the building itself
- Change Chairmen's AI package to be more dynamic
- Add some customers using the rooms and corridor drinks
- Lockpicking doors is now a crime against Chairmen (can be disabled)
- Improves the High Roller suite by adding some containers and clutter
- Yes Man starts conversation with player when entering its room (force greeting)
- Fix vanilla bad static item position everywhere (not fixed by YUP)
- Some new lore friendly small rooms to explore
- No navmeshes edits
- Change the Benny's door lock from Medium difficulty to Hard
- Unmarked and optional quest (notes to find and read) to understand the story and secrets of the place but also providing a new way of reaching Benny's suite with only medium difficulty lock (can be disabled)
