Just some tweaks for the SAVAGE SANDS mod collection.

CHANGES
- Stewie Tweaks > A LOT of miscellaneous to bring the pack together.
- JIP NVSE > Enabled Localized DT DR, meaning if you shoot an armored enemy on their armor, it'll do less damage.
- Enhanced Item info > Bigger side menu, shows how the item is used in recipes, removes the companion carry UI element as it's already covered by VUI+.
- Kill Feedback > Headshots have a 100% chance to trigger the kill effect. Body shots do not trigger it at all.
- Freepost Mojave > Increased carry weight cap for mail boxes to 1000.
- Living Desert > Respawning hit squads. To keep you on your toes, y'know.
- Radiation (is) Actually Dangerous > JSawyer and Hardcore mode enabled.
- Animated Ingestibles > Enabled miscellaneous animations, Enabled animations during combat.
- Not your Mule > Companions have their 100% carry weight, but secondary companions (ED-E, Rex) cannot carry anything.
- Famine > Extreme famine enabled.
- Just Mods > Disabled map markers, Rebinded hotkeys.
- Vegas Elysium > Increased max level to 35.
- B42 True Leaning > Lean manually only when aiming; Enemies can detect and hit you when you're leaning.
- Tick Fix > Chaned GL behaviour, to better handle high res textures.
