About this mod
A simple mod that increases the challenge and speed of combat by making the player more vulnerable to damage, while also increasing the amount of damage that the player character can deal.

So what exactly does this mod change? It simply adjusts the damage multipliers of each difficulty. Enemies deal a flat 3x damage for all difficulties, while the player has increased damage depending on the difficulty.
- Very Easy (Maximum Carnage): Player deals 3x damage
A fast paced combat experience. Everyone is playing on equal grounds, so the difference between survival and failure is who pulls the trigger first. - Easy (Deadly Odds): Player deals 2x damage
Fast yet tempered combat where the impact of your choices is more easily felt. Choose the right time to go all-in, or go broke. - Normal (Steep Challenge): Player deals 1.5x damage
A precise combat experience where you have to decide on the right time to strike in-between a hail of deadly bullets. Making the right call will mean life or death. - Hard (Mortal Combat): Player deals 1x damage
More methodical combat where you'll find yourself taking cover more often. You'll find less opportunities to take out enemies, meaning you'll have to survive the onslaught until the next fleeting window of opportunity. - Very Hard (The Game was Rigged from the Start): Player deals 0.75x damage
A true post-apocalyptic combat experience which rivals the tutorial rats of Fallout 1. Every combat encounter becomes a puzzle, where death is an inevitability and the sweet taste of victory is even sweeter. Your brief opportunities to pick off foes does not guarantee your survival. You'll have to stay behind cover and pray that the next time you stick your head out, you won't find yourself back in a grave.
And for those looking for a greater challenge, versions with higher enemy damage multipliers are also available.
This mod is highly compatible with other mods like BLEED, mods that adds weapons, etc. since it only effects the damage multipliers of the vanilla difficulty settings rather than weapon or locational damage. So feel free to mix and match with other mods!
