About this mod
Adds a unique Laser RCW to the game, purchasable at the Silver Rush. Lower damage than the regular RCW, but a higher fire-rate, bigger magazine, higher crit chance, and added EMP damage.

What Does This Mod Do?
Adds a brand-new unique weapon, the Navarro Typewriter, to the Mojave Wasteland.
Fires blue, EMP-charged beams at a terribly high fire-rate. Beams are a little weaker to compensate, though. Buy it at the Silver Rush. Compatible with the Laser RCW's recycler mod, too, and boy, you're gonna need it.
No custom textures, but the blue beam serves as distinguishment enough, I think. Maybe I'll add those another time.
