OVERVIEW
Scriptrunner which adds a smooth, physically simulated depth-of-field effect when aiming down the sights.
This is only enabled in first-person. It is implemented completely differently to something like DYNAVISION 3 which should result in better performance, smooth transitions, and an actually physically simulated version of depth-of-field (but do note that the depth of field shader is not at all physical).
Optionally, there is also depth-of-field when reloading.
Uses an unused IMOD from the vanilla game (HiddenValleyISM). If uninstalling the mod after an auto-save it may stay enabled (but does nothing. This is the only IMOD in the base game which has no effect).
