Simple configurable tweaks designed for use with the VNV Vigor.
I kept seeing people in the Viva New Vegas discord ask how to configure carryweight etc using Vigor. So I thought I'd put together a config to restore some of the tweakability similar to JSawyer Ultimate Edition. Technically this doesn't require Vigor at all but thats what this was intended for.
Config Settings:

VigorCarryWeightBase = 50 ;Changes the players base carryweight before any modifiers. For Reference (VNV Vigor = 50) (Base FNV = 150).
VigorCarryWeightMult = 10 ;Controls how much more weight an actor can carry for each point of strength. For Reference (VNV Vigor = 10) (Base FNV = 10).
For the below: 1 is ON, 0 is OFF
Vigor22LRVarmintRifle = 1 ;Changes the Varmint Rifle/Ratslayer to use 22LR. For Reference (VNV Vigor = 1).
VigorXPChanges = 0 ;Increases the amount of xp required to level up and changes the xp gained from various enemy levels. For Reference (VNV Vigor = 0).
VigorLevelChanges = 0 ;Changes the level cap to 35 and adjusts perk level requirements to fit. For Reference (VNV Vigor = 0).
VigorHealthChanges = 1 ;Decreases the health points gained per point of Endurance by half. For Reference (VNV Vigor = 1).
VigorHardcoreChanges = 1 ;Increase the rate of starvation, dehydration and sleep deprivation. Reference (VNV Vigor = 1).
VigorMovementSpeedChanges = 1 ;Decreases the movement speed penalties for weapons and armours. For Reference (VNV Vigor = 1).
