This mod disables special training. (You won't need it with this mod)
Set in ini how many levels you must level up until getting special points. How many also in ini (one per level default)

You can choose how many base special point you want  for the vigor tester machine in another ini. it uses stewie tweaks (40 points just like vanilla as default)

If you want an esp version, use Special by Level of Brandherre. This one doesnt disable Special training and if you choose the special training perk you might get an additional special point. Also very configurable too.
