About this mod

This mod does not touch any weapon files and it is compatible with any mod, now to the description.
When you create your character, when you haven't even managed to put your skill points into skills yet, by default the game still gives you a certain amount of bonus damage to weapons. This is basic weapon skill damage or when your weapons skills are 0.
And there are weapon skills that you invest your skill points in. But for some reason, these two damage values are absolutely equal !
The first one bonus to damage you get for free and the second one you have to invest your skill points in weapon skills to get a damage increase.
Hmm, and this doesn't seem right, so I decided to fix it.
Now the game will not give you free damage bonus or basic weapon skill damage will give 0 damage and the damage for skill points that you invest in guns, melee or energy weapons increased 3 times.
After these changes, at the beginning of the game, it makes more sense to invest skill points in guns, melee or energy weapons or you get a damage reduction.
Compared to Vanilla, now you only start getting damage increases for certain types of weapons after 50+ skill points invested in and at 70-100 invested points you'll get a clear boost in damage and this damage will be greater than in the original version of the game.
But if you will ignore weapon skills and will invest your skill points in more peaceful skills, as often happens, then you will regret it, you will suffer from reduced damage.
it's kind of a balance change and it makes the game more like a skill RPG but it's still good for those who want to have increased damage at high levels.
I believe these changes apply to the entire game and NPCs as well (Npcs also have weapon skills).
