- i saw nehred post this in maldinglinked several months ago and got an idea (i only got around to it a few weeks ago) and the clean vanilla hud perms were open see the screenshot

- the really green urbandeepinner weathers now use the colors from the urbandeep weather
- intended to be used with vanilla weathers
- i don't know how thorough this is, i just checked penn ave, georgetown, vernon square, and the mall and they were less green
