When you create your character, the game gives you 45 bonus skill points and gives you a choice of 3 skills to improve, 15 points per skill.
Don't you think that's a lot? While leveling up only gives you 11 skill points, not counting intelligence!
To balance this out I reduced the bonus skill points gained at the start by 3 times from 45 to 15 or 5 points per skill and increased the level up points a bit
from 11 to 12, so that by level 20+ you still get these bonus skill points, even if a little less.
Also, the number of skill points for found books has been slightly increased from 3 to 4.
