Luck grants more critical hits ESPless

In the vanilla version of the game 1 Luck grants 1% critical chance, this mod increase it 2 times and Luck now has a greater impact on combat than before.
Now 10 Luck gives a 20% chance to critically hit an enemy instead of just 10%.
The bonus skill points given by Luck have also been increased by 2 times (was 0.5 skill point per Luck now is 1.0)
This also applies to all NPCs including companions. So be careful NPCs will now hit you with critical attacks more often too.

Extract to your your New Vegas game folder
Install lStewieAl's Tweaks and Engine Fixes
