I always used the medicine skill only for skill check in dialogues, what about you? Now the situation will change somewhat and it will make more sense to spend more skill points on medicine skill.
The Medicine skill is now more effective it greatly enhances the effects of medications such as Stimpak, Antivenom, RadAway, Rad-X and so on.
