I already posted Weapon Skills Damage Improvements, this was a more hardcore version of the changes.
I decided to make an easier option since many people already have game rebalance mods installed.
Now the skill points that you spend on weapon skills (guns, melee or energy weapons) simply give an increase in damage by 1.5 or 2 times.
I think this is the most balanced damage multiplier in the game, it's your skill points.
