Moves the 3DNPC Fallout 3 pack's office building near Tenpenny Tower over to the other side of Lucky's so it doesn't overlap Tammer's Capital Armaments building.
Not technically required, but I only moved the 3DNPC building to access Reginald's Capital Armaments store

Version 1.0
Initial release
I've been playing a heavily-modded TTW for a bit, which includes both the FO3 and FNV 3DNPC packs, as well as all of mc_tammer's weapons, armors, and vendors. I finally worked my way over to Tenpenny Tower and saw his Capital Armaments building with the big ol' sign and all. Unfortunately, when I activated the door to check it out, I ended up in a random office building. Basically, the IRS building from the 3DNPC FO3 pack and Capital Armaments both take over the same vanilla abandoned building next to Lucky's, but the 3DNPC door extends slightly farther out, preventing me from getting to the Capital Armaments door.
Long story short: I moved the 3DNPC office building over to the other side of Lucky's so now I can access both with impunity. Nobody can stop me. I've done it a bunch of times already, in fact.
Probably makes the most sense to merge this into a larger patch, if you can. I throw it into my final pre-weather mods merge, along with all the other tiny little changes I didn't think to shove somewhere else when I was preparing my frankly ridiculous current load order.
Anyway, thanks to Obsidian and Bethesda, Tammer, Kris Takahashi, and everyone else involved in this extremely specific confluence of circumstances. Open permissions: do whatever you want with this.
