Adds an icon to Velius when in use with JIP CCC.

Oh, look at that, another icon for a companion I enjoy.
Anyway, y'all know the drill by now, soooo...
Installation instructions:
Go to either the "Masked" or "Unmasked" folder, drag and drop "avatar_Velius" into textures/jazzisparis/ccc. When you recruit Velius as companion, their icon should show up in game.
You will need the 3DNPC Bundle by Kris Takahashi for Velius to appear.
