Replaces elven armor with new remodelled version.

Elven armor always looked too bulky and not particularly elven to me. So i remade it.
Both genders now.

Installation and Uninstallation

To install move meshes folder to your Oblivion\Data folder.
To uninstall delete this folder:
Data\meshes\armor\elven\m
Data\meshes\armor\elven\f
