I didn't like the black circles with colored rings for the XBox 360 buttons in NorthernUI, so I added some color gradient to make them look a little more like XBox 360 buttons, while still being simple and dark to fit with the theme.

Please install with NorthernUI, and load NorthernUI before NorthernUI Glossy Buttons.
