I literally don't care. Just credit me, and krytonix and Cerasine if you want to use the weird XMLs in here, for some reason.

Thanks to krytonix for making 3rd Person Crosshair Alternative, and to Cerasine for making the original 3rd-person crosshairs upon which that mod was based, and which seem to have been lost to time. Thanks to c0jzZ for making WalkBlessed, without which this mod would be completely possible, but utterly pointless. Thanks to the creators of OBSE, xOBSE, and MenuQue, for providing tools to create all sorts of amazing things.

Version 1.1
I don't know how axes work I guess, so I had to change all the Y stuff in the ini to a Z. This allowed me to add in Sneaking support, since that only has a Z variable.
Version 1.00
Initial Release
I, like most, find third-person in Oblivion very lackluster. I wanted something like Skyrim, which handles it extremely well. So I managed to find WalkBlessed, which allows for offsetting the third-person camera and creating that nice over-the-shoulder feel, while not eliminating the first-person camera entirely. But then I wanted a crosshair, so I found 3rd-Person Crosshair Alternative. But that crosshair was designed for vanilla, and stayed in the center of the screen, hopelessly inaccurate. So, I made this mod. Using the power of MenuQue, I managed to make a second cursor in the main HUD, which I could then move around (don't ask me why the reticle menu was so intractable). Then I (well, you, actually--see the ReadMe for details on this) got the regular cursor to not show the reticle, just everything else. This way, all the right variables get passed to it, enemy health gets smaller and so on, but you don't end up with two cursors. Sure, some things look a little weird, but overall it works.
REQUIREMENTS xOBSE MenuQue WalkBlessed Third Person Crosshair Alternative
INSTALLATION See the ReadMe for this. In essence, you have to do a little legwork here: WalkBlessed is a fancy DLL mod, so I don't know how to access its variables other than you copying the values to my ini; and 3PCA has restrictive permissions, but its author hasn't had any Nexus activity since 2014, so instead of waiting forever for them to (not) read my message, I just tried to minimize how much stuff from there I used--you still have to download their mod, I just have modified copies of the crosshairs here as well because they have to be in a different folder.
