Mag1cWind0w's The Imperial Waters adds waterfalls to the inner walls of the Imperial City, alongside orange and blue lights at the top and bottom of them. This version of the mod removes the lights, which will improve performance (I had around +10 fps with the lights disabled) and makes the effect a tad more subtle.
Included are two .esp files, one for use with Better Cities and one for use without Better Cities. Use only one. The original mod is not required.
