A Kvatchcount Classic, revamped, renamed and refurbished, ready for the modern age.

So, you all know by my history that cut content is my bread and butter. I love cut content, it's so awesome putting what was meant to be in game back into said game. But, Oblivion Uncut exists and does a great job at what it does so I don't touch the cut content/mentioned only content for Oblivion. However there were some things that Oblivion Uncut, Statlilia Stables, and the Oblivion Restoration Project didn't do.

I decided to take it upon myself an re-add some of the cut NPCs and add the mentioned only NPCs back into the game. Below is a fully list of what I did. (I also re-vamped the Apostles of Light faction, so now they exist in the world before and after their quest in the Shivering Isles, causing trouble and acting as a minor settlement if you manage to get on their good side with disguises).

What's been done:

The Apostles of the Light have new members that remain even after their associated quest, unlike vanilla where they all are disabled. This is including their prized rat of Gibbering Dreams. They also have a merchant and everyone has a neat schedule to allow for avenues of infiltration... Such as Wednesday being a new Holy Day for the Apostles.

NOTE: They do not respawn. So think twice before massacring them. The merchant is rather useful on the Shivering Isles.

Borogond, an NPC whose existence is only confirmed through one surviving AI Package, is a Bosmer that lives in Chorrol. He seems to be an avid churchgoer.

An unused Chapel Guard in the Cheydinhal Chapel Undercroft.

The Dremora Scout in the Kvatch Oblivion Gate had his AI fiddled with, and now he will no longer be killed before you arrive.

Nelos Seleno, an NPC shown in the E3 Trailer but never shown in the final product. He lives in Chorrol, and occasionally ventures beyond the walls to frolic in the Cyrodiilic forests.

Celia Camoran, an NPC mentioned only in the Thieves Guild Questline, now lives in the Imperial City. The Arcane University, to be specific, but she occaisonly ventures out.

An unused Mythic Dawn Agent lurks around the entrance to Lake Arrius.

Several unusued Knights of the Thorn corpses were re-added in the Cheydinhal Oblivion Gate.

The Arena Announcer is now a physical NPC named Ralius Furlunius that has busy, neatly done schedule that gives him a realistic life around the Imperial City.

Countess Chorrol's Private Quarters guard has been restored and now sits in a chair outside her quarters.
