I actually discovered this while editing textures from another mod.
Story: I was actually fixing was making a convert of Myst's EGO [Skyrim] Argonian textures to be compatible with OCOv2, while adding the tail texture to the footmale.dds (for due the tail mesh came either from Robert's male mod or of junkacc11 Seamless mods reads a tail texture section off footmale.dds instead the actual tail.dds (...though to say I later found out Myst's male rigid tail does read the tail.dds :| anyways)) I notice a bit off texture on the tip that connect to the hip. (this was still with the tail mesh from junk's Seamless mod) For I was reference the tail dimensions off the body texture from junkacc11's Seamless mods that actually originally by Nivea from their New Argonian Body Textures Robert - Vanilla mod, the source of why I got a off texture due to the dimensions from Nivea. So I halted from doing the other & fix this.
To the point, Nivea's tail dimensions texture height were a little short compare to Robert's tail dimensions, but I fixed it.
In the first screenshot of the gallery is of Robert's male orange body texture showing the tail section is snuggly fit of the tail mesh UV map. While the next is of Nivea's that you'll see the top tip of the mesh mapping is reading a off texture. Through the rest of the gallery you see I expanded it with a layer.
