Description
===========
Allows you to take the Staff of the Everscamp again after completing the quest. You can then bring it back to the shrine to get rid of it again, should you no longer want it.
All sorts of fun to be had, like give away the curse. You can trade the staff to other NPCs like companions while you're near the drop spot and the scamps will then follow that NPC.
Forwards relevant UOP fixes. Additionally fixes the scamp's responsibility stats and another factor of the poison gas CTD issue.
Installation
============
Every Mod Manager for Oblivion should be able to handle this, manual install is of course possible too.

=================
Most likely everything that edits things related to the quest "Whom Gods Annoy".
